Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic brought about fundamental changes to the global educational landscape. The closure of schools and educational institutions due to the outbreak forced universities and educational centers to adopt new learning methods, such as online and blended learning, for instruction. These challenges also presented opportunities, including the potential for a significant shift in course delivery methods. Shiraz University responded proactively by offering the General Mathematics course through an innovative educational model tailored to students' needs. This model incorporates advanced digital tools, diverse learning resources, and continuous support from instructors and students. By leveraging this model, educators can significantly enhance the learning process and create an engaging environment that enables students to achieve their best results. This article examines the experiences and outcomes of teaching General Mathematics using this model at Shiraz University.
