Abstract

Information technology is one of the important factors of progress in the 21st century. Advances in communication technology have created new infrastructures for business, scientific research, and teaching and learning. Due to the spread of the corona virus and the change of education from face-to-face to virtual, as well as the lack of necessary training and experience in this field, as well as for different reasons such as the lack of proper equipment and infrastructure, the lack of hardware facilities, caused Students have an inappropriate attitude towards the use of information technology and electronic education.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate and rank the factors affecting the success of e-learning in math lessons for students. The research method is a descriptive-survey type and the statistical population of this research was formed by the first year high school students of Mallard city in 2018-2019. Single-sample mean test was used to identify effective factors and Friedman's test was used to rank factors. In this research, six factors of learner acceptance, perceived effectiveness of the teacher, system quality, information content quality, service quality, and evaluation methods and exams have been used to evaluate the success of e-learning. The results of the research showed that e-learning factors were effective in all aspects.
